Update

Well, some Arthritis Strength Tylenol kicked the headache in the balls, but I'm still coughing like a first time smoker. At least I can actually fully cough now, and it's a bit more productive. I'm hoping that in a few days, I'll have coughed up all the crud that seems to be giving me hell.
