You'll notice that the CNN version is constructed in a much cruder way, and contains a lot less information than the BBC version. It's like CNN purposely is trying to make Saddam out to be more ignorant than he is. Hell, they use broken English. I understand that there are differences in translators, but this is ridiculous.
