There are 1138 references aplenty in SW. I think Zahn has some in his various SW books as well. Other authors haven't bothered as much, although I still enjoy reading/hearing "I have a bad feeling about this" ;)

BTW, this is something I would like to get involved in when I get a job to support such a thing.
