I don't care if the President is male or female. I care if they're a moron.

Do you believe in the death penalty?
No. If evidence comes out proving someone's innocence, you can let them out of jail if they're alive. It happens all the time, particularly in the fucked up, racist "justice" system we have. There's no do-overs if they're dead. Prison, to me, isn't punishment, it's the removal of society of those individuals who are detrimental to society at large. Death is not necessary to fulfill that function.

Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
Yes.

Do you believe in God?
Define god. There are many memeplexes floating around with that attribution. I acknowledge the existence of those memeplexes as cultural phenomena, but I have no opinion as to the validity of any of the various supernatural theories about the reality behind them.

Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
I think they should either legalize same sex marriages, or, if the term marriage is the sticking point (as those who favor civil unions seem to think), they should redefine all government sanctioned "marriages" as civil unions, and keep marriage as something unofficial performed in a church. If you want the tax benefits and legal privileges currently associated with marriage, whether you're gay or straight, you get a civil union from the government. Either way would be fair in my eyes.

Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are moving to the USA?
No. This is a country of immigrants, for better or worse. My family, for the most part, came here through Ellis Island in the early 20th century. It would be damned hypocritical for me to oppose current immigrants. I would make it easier to immigrate legally, and I would crack down hard on anyone paying immigrants, legal or otherwise, less than minimum wage, and also raise the minimum wage to at least $10 per hour. We could also use our fucking "free trade" agreements to raise the standards in the countries these immigrants come from, and you'll see most of this issue go away.

A twelve year old girl has a baby...should she keep it?
That's up to her and her family. She probably would have been better served getting an abortion, but again, that's up to her.

Should the alcohol age be lowered to 18?
No. It should be removed entirely. Punish people for the harm they do to others while drinking sure, but if they're not hurting anyone, I don't give a fuck if they drink or not.

Assisted suicide is illegal...do you agree?
Fuck that. If you're in that much pain, with no hope of respite, I have no problem with someone offing you, as long as it's your decision. Everyone needs a living will so that their wishes will be known under the circumstances.

Do you believe in spanking your children?
I have no children, and no plans to have any. If I did, I don't think I'd spank them.

Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?
Shit. I'd do it for free, if you provide the flag. I'll light my cigarettes with it. I'd wipe my ass with it, too, if I couldn't find the Charmin. It's supposed to be a free country. The flag is a symbol of that freedom, sometimes, and other times it's just a piece of fabric. People need to learn to understand the context of things, and quit deifying a symbol.

A mother is declared innocent after murdering her 5 children in a temporary insanity case, do you agree?
Depends entirely on the facts of the case. There's no point in this generalization.

Are you afraid others will judge you from reading some of your answers?
Why would I fear it? Everyone judges everyone based on everything they do. Maybe they'll agree with me, maybe they won't. Their judgment doesn't have a lot to do with me.
